G.L.O – God’s Love Only
G.L.O is a ground-breaking artist in the genre of Christian Rap, having received critical acclaim from some of Gospel’s most revered.
G.L.O, first gained notoriety in 1998 when she become an accomplished writer with 250 songs to her credit. Despite her diverse collection of music she noticed that none of her music glorified God. That all changed one fateful day when God had a Word for her in Bible Study, “You can’t have one foot in the world and one foot out.” That was the breakthrough for G.L.O and she hasn’t looked back since.
Her third CD “Breakthrough” captured critical attention from coast to coast, proving that people were indeed hungry for music that authentically glorified God. G.L.O’s articulate and powerful method of rapping combined with her crystal-clear voice and prescient lyrics, deliver a message that is uncompromised and unrestrained.
G.L.O’s newest single Run takes us on a poetic journey of perseverance and determination. Based on Hebrews 12:1-2, “The scripture speaks to me to encourage someone else who is worn out and tired. Never throw in the towel. We are called to run this race with endurance.”
Currently she has released her 4th Album "Fire" based on 1 Peter 1:6-9 which reminds us that we will be tested by fire, its the purification process. " Its not only about how we come out but how we act as we go through. Her Album "Fire" is packed with an intense message that will leave the listener Equipped, Encouraged and Ignited for God.
The same talent and versatility that G.L.O showcases in her music has enabled her to make a seamless and successful transition to radio. She launched her national broadcasting career as the host of “G.L.O God’s Love Only Radio (The Message with a beat)” on the Rejoice Musical Soulfood Network in December 2011 as well as a Local Network on The Joshua Generation Radio in 2013 and currently UGN Urban Gospel Network in 2015.
